Refund policy
RETURNS
Champ Brand wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase, thats why we offer a 30 day no questions asked policy. After 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of like-new condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags still attached).
The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 1–2 business days once we receive and approve the returned item(s).
Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged or defective.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at orders@champvt.com to see if we have the preferred item in stock.

The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 1–2 business days once we receive and approve the returned item(s).
Shipping speed will vary depending the customers location.
SHIPPING RETURNS
